A few details to remember…

• When making hotel reservations please mention you’re attending the FamilyLife Weekend Getaway to receive a discounted room rate (based on availability). Visit the event details page for your Weekend Getaway location for hotel information and the online booking link.
• Name tags and conference manuals will be available at the registration table starting at 5:00 pm on Friday. The first session starts promptly at 7:00 pm.
• As a courtesy to your fellow guests who may suffer from allergies, please refrain from using strong perfume or cologne.
• FamilyLife cares deeply for children; however, to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other guests, please do not bring children (including nursing infants) to the sessions. FamilyLife is unable to provide childcare during the Getaway.

Cancellation Policy

FamilyLife understands you may need to cancel your Getaway for a number of reasons. If you do need to withdraw we’ll gladly transfer your full registration to another couple or future Weekend Getaway. Or if you prefer, registration fees are refundable up to 14 days prior to the conference, less a $30 cancellation fee.

If a gift certificate is used for registration it will be reactivated and can be used for a future event. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable last-minute circumstances, please let us know by emailing events@familylifecanada.com or calling 1-800-247-3180 (8:30 – 4:30 PT, Mon-Fri).

Please note: each hotel has their own cancellation policy that is separate from your conference registration. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire and make changes to your hotel reservation.
